Killaloe Radio was born in 2001 as an Fm station for the benefit and entertainment of the local community. In that same year we ventured into internet broadcasting and within  6 months we had a wide audience across the world. Sadly due to circumstances  beyond  our control we were obliged to close in 2006. I have since had so many requests from our many overseas and local listeners that I decided  such a worthwhile venture should not be abandoned. Country and Irish music is our rich and proud heritage and is carried in the hearts of the Irish Diaspora on every continent wherever they have settled. Killaloeradiofm.com now online carries our music to those who are exiled and long for memories of the ”auld sod”. You do not have to be Irish to enjoy our music and song  as it appeals to all Nationalities Globally. We have over twenty live presenters who work voluntarily and your phone calls, texts and emails make their efforts all worthwhile.
